People
Add people on your organisation domain. Login details are emailed automatically; Copy remains available as backup.
- Add people with a work email on your exact company domain (e.g. @acme.co.nz). Free providers and disposable addresses are blocked.
- After adding, they get a login email with a temporary password (Copy still available). They must set a new password on first login.
- Promote a member to admin when you need a backup; you cannot demote/disable the last admin.
- Typo tip: domains like gmail.com / googlemail.com cannot form an org — use your real company domain, not a near-miss.
Admin activity
- Save the form first, then publish and assign active members (or All).
- Assigned people see it under My forms. Unpublish returns it to draft and clears assignments.
