Online forms that make safety simple — and compliance audit-ready.
FormSafely aims to help teams capture hazards, incidents, inspections, and training sign-offs in minutes. Replace paper, reduce errors, and get real-time visibility as we roll out across the floor and in the field.

New: Form Builder (prototype)
We’re building a drag‑and‑drop Form Builder at formsafely.com/builder. It’s an early prototype you can try now — perfect for potential customers who want to kick the tyres and give feedback while we finish it.
What to expect
- Drag‑and‑drop fields, sections, and basic conditional logic.
- Preview forms as you build — desktop and mobile.
- Some export/print actions are placeholders while we wire them up.
Heads up: pre‑release software — features may change and some parts are not yet connected.
Why online forms will improve safety and compliance
Digital forms remove friction. They’ll be fast to submit on any device, reduce transcription errors, and provide a system of record you can trust during audits.
Faster reporting (planned)
Frontline teams will be able to capture hazards and incidents immediately with guided fields and photo upload. Quicker reporting means quicker action.
Fewer errors (planned)
Required fields, validation and conditional logic will help prevent missed information and illegible handwriting—no more retyping into spreadsheets.
Audit-ready records (planned)
Entries will be timestamped with user, location and change history. Exports to PDF or spreadsheet will be available for auditors.
Real-time visibility (planned)
Supervisors will get notifications and dashboards to monitor open actions, trends and hotspots across sites.
Consistent SOPs (planned)
Standardize checklists and pre-starts across teams so critical steps aren’t skipped and corrective actions are assigned — this is coming.
Works anywhere (offline planned)
Mobile-first forms with offline capture will keep the workflow moving in low-connectivity environments.
Features designed to keep safety moving
Everything you’ll need to digitize safety workflows without the complexity.
Drag-and-drop builder
Create hazard, incident, audit and training forms with fields, rules and branching — rolling out soon.
Smart validation
Ensure complete, accurate submissions with required fields, numeric ranges, geotags and photo evidence — in development.
Workflows & routing
Auto-notify supervisors, assign actions, and escalate overdue items with SLAs — planned.
Dashboards & exports
Monitor trends by site, category and severity. Export to CSV/PDF for board packs and audits — planned.
Integrations
Connect to email, Teams/Slack and data tools. Webhooks to push records to your system of record are on the roadmap.
Access control
Role-based permissions will keep sensitive information limited to the right people.
How it will work
Start small with one form, then roll out across checklists, audits and training sign-offs as features are released.
1) Build
Use the form builder (prototype) or start from templates like Hazard, Incident, Near Miss, Audit, Vehicle Pre-start, Toolbox Talk, Induction — templates coming soon.
2) Share
Publish to QR codes, short links or embed on your intranet — planned. Staff will submit from any device; public forms without login are being explored.
3) Act
Notifications and action assignments will keep responses moving. You’ll track status to closure with timestamps and comments.
Security, privacy & compliance (in design)
Being designed to keep sensitive records protected and traceable.
Data protection
- All requests will use HTTPS/TLS in transit.
- Granular access control and audit logs (planned).
- Configurable retention and export (planned).
Reliability
- Redundant storage and backups (planned).
- Offline capture with background sync (planned).
- Health monitoring and uptime reporting (planned).
Frequently asked questions (about the roadmap)
Can we use our own forms?
Yes — we’re building an importer so you can bring your current paper form in as a starting point, then add validation and logic to reduce errors.
What about signatures and photos?
We plan to capture e‑signatures, photos and attachments directly from mobile devices, linked to each record.
Do frontline users need an account?
Not always. We’re exploring public forms with rate‑limits for hazard reporting, or requiring login for sensitive workflows.
Can we export our data?
Yes — export to CSV/PDF by date, site, or category is on the roadmap. Webhooks to push to your data warehouse are planned.
